  1. Hi Stacey, love the blog, hope you get top marks! I work for Birmingham City Council and my role is to encourage more parents to look at using washable nappies instead of disposables. Many folks think “terry squares, pins and rubber pants” yuk! However, washable, or real nappies as they are known are practical, easy, cute (very cute) and economical. If you would like more information on what real nappies are like, please have a look at the website on http://www.birmingham.gov.uk/nappies or call me on 077 669 24286.

  2. Thank you for your comment. This would be an interesting aspect of the environment to cover. Washable nappies helping the environment around us is an interesting idea. Getting more coverage of information that teaches parents about disposable nappies, how to use them and how they can be more environmentally friendly, is something that I would be interested in.

I will look at the link on the website you have given, and be in touch soon.
